Echinacea
 

Echinacea is a native America medicinal plant and is one of the most popular herbs in America. Ginger is a flowering plant that finds it origin in China. It is considered one of the healthiest foods on the planet. Ginger has been shown to effectively treat chronic indigestine and relieve menstrual pain.
